
Benefits and Privileges of General Party Members and Working Party Members
1. Privileges of being an All Australians Party General Member:
(Note: these privileges will be particularly beneficial and powerful when the Party is in government following a successful election.)

- Career and Work: Can apply to become a Working Party Member and play a role in the operations and work of the Party, including holding a position of prestige, impact and national influence. A genuine sense of belonging, group solidarity, shared mission and purpose.
2. Privileges of being an All Australians Party Working Party Member:
A Working Party Member is any General Member who then applies for and successfully is appointed to an active working and operational role within the Party. High ranking Working Party Members may also hold significant leadership roles within government departments and agencies when the Party is in power. Working Party Members work in accordance with the Party Constitution, and Rules and Procedures as set by the Party Leader.
- Working for a Leader in Albert Jing, Party and Party Departments that welcomes and appreciates the talents, loyalty and dedication of people from all backgrounds, ages, races, gender, and walks of life.
- Leadership that leads by example and works alongside team members, following an all in it together principle, starting from Party Leader and Founder Albert Jing to all associate leaders and heads of departments to managers to senior working members.

- You can sign up to be a General Party Member through the website sign-up page.
- If additionally you wish to be considered as a future Working Party Member but currently prefer to remain a General Party Member, please tick/select the box in the sign-up form saying you wish to be considered and provide the information required.
- If your experience and skills match any available opportunities or positions within the Party, we will contact you through the details you have provided. There will then be an interview process and formal offer of position if you’re a successful candidate.
