Job Application and Expression of Interest for Working Role within Party or as Candidate for Senate/House of Representatives – Federal Election Victory on Platform of Change

Within the All Australians Party ordinarily, and when Leader Albert Jing and the Party is in Government following a successful election, there are a few kinds of positions available as follows:

• General Party Member: most basic requirement and level of involvement. No formal working roles apply but may seek to volunteer, support generally, and apply for a role as a Working Party Member. Receives priority access to information, invitations to events, and a range of other beneficial privileges (e.g. potential subsidies, scholarships, networking opportunities, financial support).
• Working Party Member: can be classified into a few groups with each providing unique, important, influential, and prestigious roles:
  • Working position within the Party Organisation and one of its Departments (e.g. Policies, Campaigning/Marketing/Communications, Finance, Strategic Partnerships, Party Operations, Technology, Legal, Logistics and others). Working Party Members may hold additional responsibilities/roles in parallel to the role within a Department, see points below.
  • Candidate for, and then with election victory, a Member of the House of Representatives or Senate at the federal level.
  • When the Party is in Government following a successful election victory, key leadership roles in major government agencies and departments (e.g. Treasury, Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Defence, Attorney-General’s Department, ASIC, ASIO etc.).
  • Chance to lead newly established government agencies/departments and State Owned Enterprises where applicable (e.g. in Scientific Research and Development, Energy and Resources, Construction, Defence).

Overview of Recruitment and Hiring Process

Thank you for your interest in applying for a formal position within Albert Jing’s Team and the All Australians Party. There is a multi-stage recruitment and on-boarding process as follows:

1. Sign up as a General Party Member: All Party Members who take on formal working roles, positions of responsibility, and candidacies (together called Working Party Members) must first be General Party Members. This can be done by simply signing up using the combined application form below. Currently, the formal membership fee to be paid is being waived.
2. Submit your application form below completing all relevant sections.
3. Interviews: When a role, opportunity or position that matches your skills, selections and experience comes up, we will contact you and invite you for an interview. This may be done remotely or in-person depending on the role and needs of the Party. Note: if you have not immediately received an invite for an interview this does not mean you have been unsuccessful but that a suitable role may not be vacant for you yet, and we will keep your details on file for future opportunities by default.
4. Offer of Position: If you are successful in your application and interview, you will then be made an offer for a position as a Working Party Member. All Working Party Members work in accordance with the aims set by Party Leader Albert Jing; the Party Constitution; and Rules and Procedures of the Party.
5. Start Role: Your starting date will be a mutually agreed date taking into consideration your specific circumstances and the work of the Party.
